Corporate and Public Group Retirement Workshops and Seminars -

New Day Retirement Coaching Inc. offers 1/2 day (3 hour) workshops and one or two day seminars for groups or Corporate Clients. Custom workshops and seminars are also available.



 

 

1/2 Day Workshop - PUBLIC and CORPORATE - INTRODUCTION TO THE "NEW RETIREMENT"  (NOTE: Public Workshops are not held during the summer months. (Enquire by email us or calling 613-298-7253 to schedule a workshop for your group (minimum of 5 people required.) 

$99.00** Cdn. per participant including HST (Maximum of 25 participants per workshop) (Ask about our special "custom" workshops for up to a maximum of 30 participants)

This workshop includes an introduction to the "New" Retirement model and explains what it means and how it has come about.  Enlightening individual and group exercises are included in order to start working on a basic retirement plan that includes several non-financial aspects of retirement that is geared to ENRICH each participant's retirement experience !

Full Day Workshop - PUBLIC AND CORPORATE

$199.00 Cdn. per participant including HST (A minimum of 10 participants is required per group workshop - Up to a Maximum of 25 participants per workshop) (Ask about our special "custom" workshops for up to a maximum of 30 participants)

NOTE:  Workshops may also be available that include a continental breakfast, beverages (coffee, tea, water, juice) and light lunch at $229.00 Cdn. per participant including HST 

The full day workshop provides a lecture outlining the key elements that are required to achieve a successful and fulfilling "New" retirement.  The lecture is interspersed with several interactive assessment tools and enlightening exercises designed to assist the participants in identifying their retirement goals and preparing their unique retirement plan.  Included is a "Life Options" profile which must be completed a minimum of three (3) days prior to the workshop, a several page Life Options profile assessment report, and a copy of the book, "What Colour is Your Retirement"

    Because there is a clear trend in the New Retirement of the 21st century that sees many people working in their retirements by either becoming entrepreneurs or as employees in a variety of flexible work arrangements such as in part-time jobs, casual positions, contract work, job sharing, etc.  there is also a need for many retirees to identify their passions if they are seeking a career change and to update their resumes to capture what they can uniquely bring to a new employer. 

    With many years of experience in working with resumes, the coaches of New Day Retirement Coaching Inc. also provide coaching in identifying ones passions and work preferences along with comprehensive resume writing assistance that will identify ones skills, qualifications, and accomplishments if desired.  A free consultation is provided to clients in order to determine their needs and pricing.

Coaching sessions are offered on a monthly basis for a flat fee. Included in the monthly fee are three (3) coaching sessions which are conducted via email and/or telephone and in some locations, "in person" coaching may be available.  Longer term coaching agreements of three or six months are eligible for fee discounts.

Fees must be paid in advance of coaching sessions.

Personal Coaching Fees

$275.00 per month which includes:

  • three (3) personal coaching sessions of up to 45 minutes each;
  • a retirement success profile;
  • a multiple page retirement success report;  
  • exercises to help you identify your true goals;  
  • assistance in preparing a UNIQUE personal plan that with the goal of ENRICHING your retirement life so that you can live the best retirement life that is possible for you;
  • a book entitled "The New Retirement"
